Welcome to the Local Resilience Forum website for Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland. This website provides information on emergency and risk situations, such as severe weather (e.g. flooding), fire, chemical incidents and major disruption to business activities. It also provides local people with advice on how to prepare for them and what to do when such events occur.
